Description:
In submarine server contains some services in the initial design, which can be
deployed in standalone or microservices architecture.
The job service as the core part aims to handle the job resource request, such
as submit training job, search the job, update the job and get the job logs so
on.
In job service it used the submarine spec to create the job, as the same time
the client can retrieve the job id and other info. The id will be used in job
operator future.
