We're going to replace the kubeflow's notebook-controller with ourselves.
1. Register a new custom resource of type Notebook using a CRD.
2. Write a notebook controller in golang for watching "Notebook" CRs
3. Manage auxiliary resources (StatefulSet, Service, Traefik resource, etc.)
