Description:
Most of the Submarine Server REST tests (SUBMARINE-584, SUBMARINE-583, and
more) are not unit tests. A standalone MySQL server must run in advance for
them to pass.
This jira aims to convert them to unit tests. (or conversely, make them
integration tests so they are run by mvn verify)
