Currently, there are `package-lock.json` and `yarn.lock` in the website folder.
We need to remove package-lock.json to ensure the avoid resolution
inconsistencies.
Tasks:
1. Remove `website/package-lock.json`
2. Add `package-lock.json` to `website/.gitignore`
3. Remove `npm install` in `.github/workflows/deploy_website.yml`
