Description:
Submarine operator is responsible for creating submarine. However, it will
create submarine with config written in code.
We wan't to make it read config from yaml, so others can easily change the
settings.
One can use `helm template ./helm-charts/submarine --output-dir
[output_directory]` to generate yml file, so that the operator can read them
and generate the service.
