Summary: Add common labels to Helm/Operator/Deployments Resources

At present, the resources provided by submarine lack some labels that can
indicate the resource type, component, version, etc. it is suggested to add
some labels to the existing resources to distinguish them. This is very useful
for get, list or group when there are many resources in a namespace.
