The PR of polishing the notebook operation flow had been mered, will
fix the deleting cascade issue.

kubebuilder and operator SDK works the same under the hood

operator SDK’s helm-operator does not allow for writing controller
reconciliation logic. go-operator requires migrating from helm
to kustomize.
