Summary: Change default database from mysql to postgresql

* Add Postgresql JDBC jar in *subnarime-server* docker image

* Change MySQL to Postgresql in helm chart
* Modify the dependencies of the relevant databases from MySQL to Postgresql in
GitHub workflow action/CI (optional)
