Description:
After we dropped supports for python2.7 and python3.6, we need to update
generate sdk api.
With the upgrade, we needed to fix some python code problems and fix some bugs
in openapi rest in the meantime.

python2 and python3 compatibility handling) and fix some bugs in openapi rest
in the meantime.
