At artagnon's request [1], infra has set up a new VM, called svn-qavm.apache.org, slated for resource-intensive dev work.
Committers may access the VM. To enable your access, add your SSH key to svn [2] and ask for your account to be created. At the moment, pctony,gmcdonald,danielsh have sudo/root access. Questions?
