I installed swig, did a nuke and rebuild. Now the build is complete.

*vignesh@vignesh-laptop:****/prefix/svn-trunk/bin$ ./svn --version*
*svn, version 1.7.0 (dev build)*
*   compiled Mar 19 2011, 22:09:16*
