The centralized solution is as follows: * Tell https://id.apache.org what your keyid or fingerprint is (after logging in) * Within a few hours your key will appear on https://people.apache.org/keys/committer/${username}.asc https://people.apache.org/keys/group/subversion.asc It is live now.
