I intend to roll the tarball on Monday. Given that 1.8.0 and 1.8.1 have already shipped with incomplete translations I don't intend to hold up 1.8.2 which includes important fixes. However, I have no doubt there will be many more 1.8.x releases and we can get the translations in one of them. I don't anticipate making a release specifically for a translation update, but I think at this point we're still squashing enough bugs that it'd be hard to do that anyway.
