I know we had a bit longer of a delay between 1.8.3 and 1.8.4, but I'd like to get 1.8.5 out fairly promptly. To that end I plan to roll 1.8.5 along with 1.7.14 tomorrow. I know there's probably stuff we'll miss out on putting in but future releases can pickup anything we miss. If you have something you really want in, round up the votes please.
To that end it'd be nice to get the JavaHL test suite fix for OS X in. It's basically identical to the fixes we put in for the SWIG bindings. So it should be a quick review. The permissions issue seems to have some discussion on the dev list that remains unfinished so I think we should resolve that before merging.
