If it is a rarely used tool, which is already shipped in the location where it
used to be... Why did we decide to move it?
Do we want more packagers to ship it?
In that case those packagers didn't before, and I don't see why we can't change
the name for them.
(I noticed that FreeBSD started installing the 'diff', 'diff3', etc. tools
though.. But with 'svn-' prefix.
We never promised stability and compatibility for this tool before promoting it.

Then...
Perhaps 'svn-' is a better prefix for the tools that aren't supposed to be used
directly by any ordinary user...
