Can I ask a Q regarding a strange problem I am having. I see the error "svn: E155004: Working copy '/myfolder/etc' locked" when I am trying to add a file to my etc folder. I have checked the locks (programmatically) before trying to add the file, and for sure, there is no lock on the folder. This problem happens intermittently. I’d like to understand why, sometimes, svn locks the folder where I am making file changes. I expect the files themselves to be locked, but not the folder. Kind Regards, Geraldine McCormack.
