    Not entirely true, but true for Serf 1.3.x. Serf trunk does
    support Windows ARM64, all we need is a release. Any day now.

I thought only officially released code counts ;)

But I'm so proud of my Windows ARM64 virtual machine running on my M3 
(aarch64) Mac...
