Under Extensions you'll notice that mine mentions DOUBLE-BUFFER, where yours does not. I don't see anything on my system that explicitly loads the DBE extension, also I have X11 v.1.12.4 where you have 1.13.0 not sure if that changes what they load. Another tid bit i notice is that while i load the DBE extension i don't initialize it. or at least the log doesn't show it. possibly indicating that it just returned. since Xinerama was enabled by the nvidia driver. here is my Xorg.0.log http://sprunge.us/PeTh you'll see what i mean. there is more to note in that log too, OS...etc....
