Yes, I spotted that, but it doesn't hurt anything since dvtm ignores
it. But having [sr]mkx and flash in the TERMINFO description might
make applications believe that they were supported. Once someone adds
keypad support, is1/rs1/rs2 won't need to be changed. ;)
