I recently used https://github.com/ConradIrwin/vim-bracketed-paste for bracketed paste. There is one caveat: if you switch to insert mode in Vim then change to another application (e.g. you're using tmux and switch to another pane), pasting will be broken in all non-Vim applications until you switch back to normal mode in Vim.
