Good question. I got it from https://github.com/younix/ucspi.git .
Note, however, that it did not work with sj. I think the reason is that
xmpp port 5222 is a STARTTLS port, not a straight SSL port. So if you
have a way of installing libressl, you may want to try building tlsc
from the git repo.
