noice does not build any shared libraries. A friend of mine tried to build it on alpine i686 and it worked. There's also a port for it: http://git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/aports/tree/testing/noice Maybe use abuild to build the port and see what kind of flags are passed to the compiler and linker.
