*TL;DR* We are in the process of rethinking (formalizing) the Apache Superset Operational Model and wanted to both inform contributors about this work and request their feedback and contributions to help make this a reality.
*What* In late August members of the Apache Superset community partook in a brainstorming session with the intent to identify common problems—be that concepts or processes—with the goal of formalizing an operational model with the intent to elevate the quality of the Apache Superset ecosystem. Four broad themes were identified: - Communication - Developer Experience - Management - Quality Since then there have been breakout sessions which have explored each theme in further detail. Hence the reason for the email and the ask we have from you. *How* The initial contributions were from a handful of people and organizations and thus we are aware that the proposed initiatives may not address the needs of all community members. Hence, prior to formalizing these recommendations we are hoping to seek input from the broader community.
