The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Superset has invited Sam Fire to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that she has accepted.
Sam has been contributing to the Superset community in a number of ways - from helping with GitHub Issues (troubleshooting, triaging, and helping to close them), to helping drive efforts (and PRs!) around Superset’s documentation He’s also been helping with testing/voting releases, and helping drive community conversation around release strategy and more. We hope this new level of access will not only empower Sam in his continuing contributions, but help him to help others follow in his footsteps. Being a committer enables easier contribution to the project since there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should enable better productivity.
