Hi all,

regarding removal of DRILL_TO_DETAIL, I'm fine postponing removal to 5.0, and
trying to tackle this with the new ABAC model that has been discussed in the
town hall, i.e. we make drill to detail something that can be explicitly
granted or revoked with a policy, rather than a global feature flag.
