+1* (binding) * I'm generally supportive of this, but I previously posted a comment <https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/28047#issuecomment-2091217844> to the SIP proposal in relation to handling timezones (local versus UTC). I think certain aspects of this still need to be flushed out and thus we probably should proceed with caution in relation to any user preferences which could result in misconstrued results depending on timezone, color palette, etc.
