I have completed my testing of 6.0.0rc3 and I would be happy to vote for its 
release! I'll vote against it based on these reports that it doesn't work with 
BigQuery, but I would personally be happy to deploy this to production in my 
organization as-is. Thus:

-1 (binding vote from PMC member)

I reported a half-dozen bugs in 6.0.0rc2 and verified that they are all fixed 
now. Great work Joe and company!

I did not test:
- tags (TAGGING_SYSTEM feature flag is still False by default)
- theming
- groups

As I'm not using those features yet. If folks in the community can test those 
aspects it would be swell.
