+0 (non-binding)

Hi all,

Tested the features that our client uses on RC2 and found that filters on
alerts/reports get ignored due to a bug that double rison encodes the
filter values.
This issue covers the problem:
https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/45384
I'm unsure if this bug is worth delaying the v7 release since the
ALERT_REPORTS_FILTER flag is on the testing stage, which explicitly
mentions it can have bugs.
I can quickly get a PR ready that fixes the issue if wanted.

Everything else looks good, thanks Ville and team for your amazing work!
