arshadzohran opened a new issue #4479: Superset Not reconginzed URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/4479 'superset' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I am working on Windows 10 cmd prompt. After I have given admin previlages when I am trying to upgrade db. It says superset is not recognized.
