Great feedback Matt. We can evolve the survey and repost it at reasonable time intervals (6 months maybe?). Hitting `dev@` + Slack as channels assumes that we're getting feedback from folks that are somewhat representing their organization and not necessarily final users. It's probably not the perfect vehicle or set of questions, but it's a start and can inform future surveys.
