When running sample 154 an error message is given as "The endpoint reference
(EPR) for the Operation not found is /soap/LBProxy and the WSA Action =
urn:sampleOperation".
This is because the WSA Action = urn:sampleOperation which is referred to in
the Client is not specified in the given WSDL
(file:repository/conf/sample/resources/proxy/sample_proxy_2.wsdl)
