At the same time, we need to provide the ability to load the proxy services
from the registry too.
Some months back I wrote an email [1] about some issues we have with
dynamically loading stuff off the registry
I think we should revisit it, since no one shared any views back then,
and have a consolidated approach to control how dynamic we allow a
configuration to be.
