Hi Andreas,
Two possibilities to get a fault message for a unsubscribe request.
   1. Subscription has already unsubscribed
   2. Invalid identifier provided with the unsubscribe request
I think in your case it is number two, with the unsubscribe request we have to provide the identifier received with the subscription response .

1. Subscribe using $:ant eventsubscriber
2. Received the subscription response
<wse:SubscribeResponse
   xmlns:wse="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/eventing";>
   <wse:SubscriptionManager>
       <wsa:Address
           xmlns:wsa="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing";>
           http://localhost:9000/services/SimpleStockQuoteService
       </wsa:Address>
       <wsa:ReferenceParameters
           xmlns:wsa="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing";>
           <wse:Identifier>
               *urn:uuid:A817211AD72BC57BCA1230830562191074001-1188023198*
           </wse:Identifier>
       </wsa:ReferenceParameters>
   </wse:SubscriptionManager>
</wse:SubscribeResponse>
3. Unsubscribe using the identifier $:ant eventsubscriber -Dmode=unsubscribe -Didentifier=*urn:uuid:A817211AD72BC57BCA1230830562191074001-1188023198*
4. Receive a unsubscribe response.

Hi Asanka,

I went through sample 500, but in the third step (unsubscribe), I get
the following error message, and the subscription is not removed:

     [java] UnSubscribing
     [java] <wse:Unsubscribe
xmlns:wse="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/eventing"; />
     [java] Fault Received : org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Unable to Unsubscribe
     [java] Fault Code     :
{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/eventing}EventSourceUnableToProcess

Any idea what goes wrong here?

Andreas
