Attached you find the second part of my changes to the
HessianMessageBuilder/HessianMessageFormatter. It hopefully makes the
HessianMessageFormatter and HessianUtil more readable, adds JavaDoc and test
coverage. No functional change. Please review and commit if everything is fine!
