thanks a lot for the warm welcome and the trust. Regarding the ICLA I have to first pass some legal concerns with my employer. We are currently discussing the option of signing a CCLA. I'm afraid that this will take some time. I'll keep you updated on the progress. In the meantime I'll continue to spent the few free minutes on finishing a patch regarding graceful restart. So if the issue with ICLA or CCLA has been solved, I would prefer the ID ehubert. According to the ASF committer list this seems to be available.
