Spun thanks for the patch ... But I feels the logic for setting the endpoint
name should be gone within the endpoint factory. The code for getting the
endpoint name and setting it seems scatted throughout all endpoint factories.
I feels it is better to encapsulate these code into a single place in the
abstract endpoint factory and then to add your code for automatically
generating a unique name for anonymous endpoints to that place.
What do you think?
