Hi,
I tested the above issue on a build from the Synapse trunk. I created a
client which sends a UTF- 16 message to the endpoint. Then executed the client
and sent the message to the endpoint. The message does not fail and correct
response is given at the client. Therefore this issue does not exist in the
Synapse trunk anymore.
