Synapse need a referencing and lookup mechanism for its configuration model.
Idea is ,
from that we can look up for any part of the configuration from any place given
a name which is based on a syntax.
this name must be unique for a given place in the configuration and must have a
proper pattern so that it can be regenerated for lookups (this regeneration of
name/s can happen programmaticaly or by other means).
