Hi Hiranya,
1) In certain deployments we need to have to block certain wsdls.
2) In certain other deployments we need to obtain the service url by writing
custom code. In a multi-tenant environment we can not use the existing logic to
derive the service url.
Therefore we need to write custom logic to handle these kinds of scenarios. IMV
by making the GetProcessors pluggable, we can address these issues.
