Then I'm biased towards "utils.ocsp" and "utils.crl". The point is OCSP and CRL 
are well-known technical terms. The fact that they are used for SSL related 
certificate validation/revocation purposes is kind of a given.

Also if in the future we come up with a similar feature common to both nttp and 
pt we can house it under utils. WDYT?
