I've applied the patch with some changes. Specifically I moved your change in
PassThroughTransportUtils to ServerWorker and ClientWorker classes. The
ORIGINAL_CONTENT_LENGTH property is set when the message context is
constructed. Can you please verify that this ok? I will leave the issue open
until your confirm.
