This patch provides some initial support for ConnId 1.4.0.0.
The missing part is the changes that need to be performed as consequence of
[this issue|https://connid.atlassian.net/browse/BASE-13]: basically, Syncope
shall not send {{__UID__}} any more in the create message to connectors.
This implies that the whole Account Id mapping needs to be reviewed: instead of
sending {{__UID__}}, Syncope should send the actual attribute that was mapped
as Account Id and let the connector logic to return the actual {{__UID__}}
value.
