When a role is associated to an external resource which provides role mapping
(and thus role provisioning is triggered), problem may arise when role name is
updated. In fact, in such case role name is always selected as old account id
for update, even if account id was mapped on something else.
Note that such problem does not arise with Apache Syncope >= 1.2.0
