To reproduce, start "standalone" and add a new resource for the "ApacheDS"
Connector. Add a user mapping from the internal Username -> cn ticking the
first checkbox. Click "next", "finish" and "save". I see a green message. Then
edit the resource again, and no mapping appears in "Provisioning".
