Enduser UI uses two instances of
{{org.apache.commons.io.monitor.FileAlterationMonitor}} for
{{customFormAttributes.json}} and {{customTemplate.json}} active reload.
Such two instances, however, are not properly stopped on application shutdown,
and this might lead to inconsistent behaviors, as [reported in mailing
list|https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/r9e6f77857e8030012867f161da3d5a530bfc9ce850e9de6126d5b99b%40%3Cuser.syncope.apache.org%3E].
