Currently, the internal storage export feature excludes some tables (including
various tasks, users and any objects) that might be actually useful to have,
especially during development.
>From another side, there is no limitation on the rows that can be export from
>tables that are actually allowed.
For the reasons above, it appears reasonable to change the export feature so
that all tables are included but the actual numer of rows to export depends on
the value of a configurable threshold.
