By default the value of [force
execution|https://github.com/apereo/cas/blob/6.6.x/docs/cas-server-documentation/mfa/Configuring-Multifactor-Authentication-Triggers-PerApplication.md]
is true, but this should be configurable in order to disable MFA prompt on SSO
contexts in some specific installations/environments.
