When configuring WA with SAML client for delegated authentication, we observe
that the SP metadata is re-generated at every "Push to WA".
This seems to happen because the keystore used to sign the SP metadata document
gets re-generated.
Such behavior is causing troubles with SAML delegated authentication requests.
