Apereo CAS supports the definition of [Identity provider metadata, certificates
and keys on a per-service
basis|https://apereo.github.io/cas/7.2.x/installation/Configuring-SAML2-DynamicMetadata.html#per-service]
to override the global defaults.
This feature, however, is not exposed via WA runtime configuration capabilities.
