1. IntelliJ IDEA LICENSE IntelliJ is considered to be one of the best options for development in Java, Python, and docker services, scala. (I doubt, most of the SystemML developers have used this.). Of course, Eclipse is quite popular too. To redeem the license use apache ID. Find your apache ID here at this link http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html Note: Use the `@apache.org` email address. For the people who are active contributors to the SystemML/DS project, contacting the Jetbrains support might help. 2. INTEL OPEN SOURCE LIBRARIES Intel TBB, MKL, etc. are available with your GitHub id shown as proof. 3. SEMANTIC MERGE Semantic merge understands the method or class changes.
